Our dedicated, certified and licensed staff encourages and assists each Resident with daily grooming, bathing, dressing and medications. We provide a variety of scheduled activities to promote an active and fulfilling life style. Families are encouraged to decorate their loved ones room to make for a more home like feeling. We all feel better when we are surrounded by the things we love and enjoy. Each Resident’s room becomes their “little home.” Pictures, quilts or a favorite chair bring comfort and speeds up the healing process.

We are here to help when questions arise on coverage for your nursing home stay. We can help you apply for Medicaid coverage with DHS. Coverage is available if you qualify for both Skilled and Long Term Care stays. We can assist with insurance billing for your Long Term Care policies and your Part A & B coverage. Stop by the business office, we are happy to help.

The nursing team at Cimarron Nursing Center recognizes that therapy is often the key to recovery, and we stand beside you, ready to help, to hasten your recuperation.
Skilled Unit
When a loved one is discharged from the hospital, families are often unable to provide the care that is required to help them recuperate. Patients recovering from a stroke or a hip or knee replacement, for example, can speed their recovery considerably when they are in a proper environment. Our highly trained staff, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs), work together with physical, speech and occupational therapists to provide the best care possible for each Resident.
